About Schweppe and Ball

The Schweppe and Ball team is based in the scenic coastal region of East Cork, Southern Ireland.

Melanie Ball is a former Showjumper and Rally Driver, has a background in equestrianism and is currently working in Biochemistry and Genetics research. She also has a love of gardening and has a keen eye for capturing the natural environment, flora and fauna. Having kept and worked with horses, dogs, birds and cats, Melanie has an affinity for catching the innate character of animals on film.

Adrian Schweppe has a background in chemistry and is currently working for one of the large pharmaceutical multinationals. He is a strong angler, his main love being fly fishing for trout, but also enjoys carp, pike and sea fishing. He regularly provides local guiding services for visiting friends from Dublin.

Together we bring passion and commitment to our photographic work. Our broad history and experience enable us to capture the spirit behind the client whether it is the individual, the animal, the company or the product.
